Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours except for Sunday & National Holiday.

We offer free shipping on all paid orders (Minimum Value Rs. 600/-) in India.

Cash on Delivery – COD Orders

We offer Cash on Delivery with a fixed charge of Rs. 100/- as a collection charge, charged by the courier agency.

COD Shipments that are cancelled post shipment dispatch or shipments returned on account of customer refusal will make those customers ineligible to avail COD facility in future.

Track Your Orders

Once your order is shipped, we will email/SMS you the shipment tracking details. You can easily track your order by filling in details like order id and billing E-mail ID online by visiting our website

Delivery Policy

Orders to metro and two-tier cities are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.

Orders to remote locations take about 5-7 working days.

For areas with no reputed courier services – products will be shipped through Indian Postal Services which may take 1-2 weeks’ time depending on the location.

Note:-The parcel may take more than the defined time due to unpredicted like flood, Heavy Rainfall etc.

Undelivered Shipments

In cases where the product is returned to its origin, if the customer has paid online, the product will be reshipped once more. If it is returned to its origin the second time, the product will neither be reshipped nor will the amount be refunded. COD Returned to Origin will not be re-shipped. The customer is not entitled to avail of COD any further.

In case shipments get untraceable/lost, in case of online orders, a new shipment will be initiated.

COD Service Termination

When a customer does not take the delivery of the ordered Cash on the Delivery product and the product is returned to its origin destination, the customer can no further avail the COD services.

The customer can order the products but only through prepaid mode.
